Verification and determination of damages found on APU’s parts

Cleaning/NDT
Part cleaning process based on automatic and manual procedures. For critical components - Non Distructive Test performed

DIS
Disposition
Detailed visual inspection based on repair manuals to evaluate parts condition

SFR
SFR Preparation
Shop Findings Report preparation - with detailed description of parts repairs and replacements conducted on the APU

Quote
Quote Preparation
Preparation of the cost estimate on the basis of SFR and customer requirements and submission to the Customer approval

PRTS
Parts Awaiting
Collecting components and Line Replacement Units required to start the assembly
9
BLD
Assembly
Once the APU is completed in terms of parts the unit is subject to assembly

TST
Testing
Final test to verify proper APU parameters

Final Out
The stage before the final certification proces performed by Mechanics

Final Inspection
APU certification and releasing to service

SHIP
Shipping
APU ready for shipment – unit preserved, packed and sent to the final destination
